Sarah Elena is a relocation expert in Costa Rica. She runs her own company Costa Relocation & Travel LLC that offers advice and support services for moving and living in Costa Rica.

She also has her own Youtube channel where she shares practical information to assist ex-pats on the relocation process: from the initial planning stages to the Know Hows of settling-in.

🌴 Refund & Transfer Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to offer flexibility while ensuring our events remain well-prepared and high-quality.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase (and at least 60 days before the event) are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 30–60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

  • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund due to confirmed venue and catering commitments.

Future Event Credit:
If you need to cancel within 30 days of the event, we offer a 100% credit toward a future Roadmap to Costa Rica event or any of our relocation programs—so your ticket never goes to waste.

Ticket Transfers:
Can’t make it? Your ticket is fully transferable, meaning you can send someone else in your place. Just let us know their name before the event begins.

Event Changes:
If the event is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.
